What a little gem I never knew existed right in my backyard. While I have preferences how I like my vegetables chopped, the doneness of my potatoes, and the style of meat whenever I am fortunate enough to order a breakfast skillet or be the recipient of a skillet as a surprise like this dish was, I never request my preferences nor will I refuse to indulge in a skillet because those are just my personal minuscule modifications I can handle once I receive my dish.
So with that, I was blown away that this skillet , my potatoes and vegetables were beyond perfect for my liking. The sausage wasn't a favorite; however, goodness the taste and explosion of deliciousness with the most beautifully-cooked potatoes mixed with cooked veggies , eggs, and cheese made this skillet a Topper for me.

The men's bathroom isn't big enough for wheelchairs to get inside, so my vet had to use the women's bathroom which was bigger for his chair. I got zero help with the doors from staff, but other customers helped me get my vet guy out of the...
