My pap pap use to take me here, now I continue to go, even though he has passed. Great food, amazing prices..

UPDATE: went here today and was highly disappointed in the service. Not sure if it was the manager or owner, but a male showed us around where to sit. It was extremely rushed. Took forever to get our drinks, which was more like milk with a dash of chocolate. We had finished our drinks and felt like we were forgotten about. Did not ask if we wanted our drinks refilled until we had asked if we could please have refills/water after the people behind us were checked on multiple times. By the time we were able to order our food, we placed our order, which usually the regular waitresses we get will always accomodate with preferences. I wanted an egg with biscuits and gravy, which i ended up hetting charged for an egg combo meal, even though i asked for it just as a side with no toast, no homefries, just an egg. we have never been charged full price for an egg added to our main meal, and i have been coming here for a long long time. Our food was hot, which was good. It is just a shame that it felt like we were more of an annoyance for the male waiter than customers. We waited a while for our receipt and for a box. It honestly felt like he had never worked the floor before, which honestly all managers/owners should work the floor at least every once in a while. Dont waste your money, food was awful. I return my food after 2 bites and the guy in the back still tried to charge me for it. Last year I also came here and had the same experience with the food and same guy, except he charged per bite that me and my family ate, this guy I'm guessing is also the chef, he actually measured out my 2 bites and charged me and my family per bite...... freaking pathetic. Who ever runs this place needs to sell or get rid of that guy. On the bright note the waitress seemed nice. Overall most of these reviews on here are probably fake from the owner or friends of em. I'm warning everyone just dont do it, this place sucks. We sat by the window and there was dead bugs, right next to where we were eating. Also heard the guy in the back talking down to the other staff, most unprofessional place I have ever experienced I thought after one year they would.clean...

The shortage of employees is killing everything... There are 4 breakfast places near the Bedford Auto Mile including the Coffee Cup, C, D and some corner spot in downtown Bedford. Today, only the coffee cup and D were opened. The Coffee Cup was less crowded vs. D, so that is where I went and I had pancakes, sausage patties and eggs. It was standard fare. I also had coffee and there was a napkin or something attached in the bottom of my small cup. Needless to say, I was not happy. It took 20 minutes before I received my food. The waitress was good so I tipped her $4 on my $9.83 bill. The dishes at the Coffee Cup looked like they were in their prime circa 1967, they had more chips than a casino and that was on the cups and the plates, they need to be permanently retired. I hadn't visited there since 2014. I probably won't return anytime soon. Ill just...
