Target — Local services in Bedford

My family just purchased 2 faux fur area rugs from this location, I discovered a few days later that there was some kind of insect living inside the fur of the rug. An insect that I have never seen before. Making us believe that this is a foreign insect that was living in the rug prior to shipment from China and arrival at the store. We took it back to the store and got refunded no problem. It I believe this insident goes further than just our $20 refund. I explained to the gentleman that we are now highly concerned that whatever this insect is that there could now be possibly an infestation inside our house that we haven't discovered yet as well as now having hightened anxiety because of this. I explained that we we like for us to be compensated for an exterminator to come out to investigate and apply proper treatment to ensure us that we don't have to fear this insect/insects inside our home as well as piece of mind to reduce the hightened anxiety my family is now dealing with. They said they will not do anything for us because there is no property damage? Yet how do we know that if we haven't been able to get an exterminator our here to investigate. We do not have the out of pocket money to afford this service but they still refuse to help us. Along with possible infestation we now have anxieties due to this situation. Very unpleased that a multi-billion company is not willing to settle this matter as well as compensate for our sufferings. I have to be honest, I wasn't sure where else to put a review. This use to be my go to Target it is the closet to me there is another Target about 10 minutes in the other direction but if I can will go to the Hooksett NH store. The Bedford store is an absolute Mess. The main aisle has several pallets of paper towels, this is a HUGE reason why I don't like Wal-Mart but this store is unbearable. I went in today to buy baby gifts at 9am this morning, I was a time crunch this is why I went to this store. There is NO reason the store should have been this much a mess at that time. The baby aisles were half filled, many empty spots. The baby clothing area is a disaster as well. Walking around the store some aisles had shopping carts in the middle blocking them. Some racks are so packed you can't shop and there were shopping carts FILLED with other items in the middle along with pallets in front of end caps. I use to be a manager in retail and this is unacceptable! There is obviously a manager/payroll issue. The employees are nice but it seems they do not have support from management or corporate. What a dump! I am so disturbed by my experience today, that I am ready to never shop at any Target again. I will absolutely never try online again. I ordered something that turned out to be not in stock in Keene, but I found one in Concord and one in Hooksett, so I ordered them. I drove to Concord to find out the order had been cancelled even though I was able to find the exact item in less than a minute. I reordered both sweaters for pick up at the Bedford store and drove there. When I got there I found that they had cancelled the order because they were out of stock. Again I was able to find both items in less than a minute. Now I have these items charged on my card 3 times, but I cannot take the sweaters without paying for them again. Unbelievable! The charges are all “pending” but my credit card company can’t delete them. Only Target can do that. So even though they supposedly don’t have the items in stock, they are still charging me!!! I am never trying Target...
