The Dog House Doylestown — Local services in Bedminster Township

We cannot recommend The Dog House Doylestown enough! We got a puppy, Baxter last year and wanted to give our senior dog some quiet time at home during the day a few days a week so we enrolled Baxter in their daycare program. The staff is amazing! They are very kind and treat the fur babies in their care as if they are their own. If we say the words, “daycare”, “school” or “friends” in our house, Baxter goes crazy with excitement because he knows he’s going to his happy place! When we get out of the car at the facility, he can’t get inside fast enough. I had to take this video to show exactly how happy and excited he is. He runs in place on the floor like the Flintstones and does this high pitch scream of joy waiting for them to come out to get him. It’s not a bark or a whine, it’s an actual scream! At the end of the day, if Tom is the one to bring him out to head home, he puts his paws around Tom’s neck to give him a big hug and licks his face relentlessly. Absolutely adorable! They have a vet on-site in case you need something checked out. (Recently Baxter was having trouble with his ear and we couldn’t get into our vet so they examined and treated his ear infection for us.) Even though their facility name is “Doylestown”, it is conveniently located in Pipersville for our Upper Bucks...

The Dog House of Doylestown isn’t just a daycare... it’s a place where joy wags its tail!! My Labrador, Captain Ajax (Captain), walked in as a playful pup and walked out a superhero, cape and all. From splashing in the pool to making new friends, every moment felt like a page from one of the stories I love to write.

As an author and songwriter, I’m always chasing those little sparks of magic that remind us why we’re here. Watching Captain bound through the water, tail high, I realized this was one of those sparks. Places like The Dog House make memories that linger long after the leash is clipped back on.

Our dog has been going to the Dog House for physical therapy after extensive knee surgery. Dr. Jenny and her staff have been slowly and methodically helping her heal and get back on her feet.

Our dog Rosie is a very energetic Three-year-old. Dr. Jenny has managed her energy and used it to her advantage to accomplish goals. I see Rosie becoming stronger and feeling more confident after each therapy session.

I would absolutely recommend the Dog House for anyone whose pet has had surgery or an injury.

We also see pets that are boarding for the day while we are there. It really looks like a great place to bring your pet.
