I actually "stumbled" across Piper Classics while searching for new table decor, and I was sold from the get-go! I needed white canisters of a certain style, and there they were! Perfect for what I needed. I ordered 3 sets of them (2/set), and they arrived quickly, packed as if they were valuable antiques! But, as luck sometimes has it, one of them was broken! I quickly unpacked the remaining 5 which were all perfect. It was a Saturday, so I didn't expect an answer until Monday or later, nonetheless, I wrote a quick email to them explaining the damage and offered pictures as proof. Not only did I receive a quick answer from Dora, but she, without question, shipped a replacement item to me!!! Who does that? So, you can't beat that for customer service - that's point #1. Point #2 is the quality of the items - above expectations all the way! I also ordered a metal wall hanging which is perfect for what I needed! There's another I now plan to order. Point #3 is the price!!! I shopped the items in the warehouse closeout and past season holidays - BOY! Did I ever find deals - I have carts stacked up for weeks as my budget allows the purchases! And, I know it won't stop there! I have ordered many items from Piper Classics and I have been happy each time ! Their customer service department has been wonderful. I placed an order twice hoping to purchase a large rug. Sadly, both times it was out of stock from their vendor with no date. I cancelled my orders with no problems, got my money back right away. To my surprise weeks later Cheryl called to advise me their vendor had called to say she had one rug available and she was offering it to me ! Cheryl from Customer Service was very friendly, took care of a new order for me, offering me same discount as my last order placed (even when that was no longer an advertised special on their website) and I had my rug the very next day ! I have been a Piper Classics customer for many, many years! When they had their storefront in Pipersville, it was my favorite shop; and much of my home decor and furniture were wonderful purchases! (Even though I had to travel to their shop from another state)

When they decided to revert to exclusively an on-line shop, I continued to purchase many one of a kind items for my home. Through the years, I have never been disappointed or unhappy with their quality of items or customer service.
