Renting books is just that, renting. My husband went in to rent books and they told him he could pay later, never telling him they held credit card information on a card he used in the past, which is ILLEGAL!!!! Well, $400 dollars was charged to my card without notice for 4 books. Four used books that were suppose to be rented. I called my bank amd reported it as fraud. Ordered a (1) book from me. Shipped next day. Arrived 2 days later. Lied to Amazon and said the delivery was "too late". Then somehow returned two books to me. As a fellow dealer curtesy I emailed and called to explain - no response to the email and a flippant response to the call. And, neither of the two books I received were the one I sent (provable by description) they were sub-par copies. Poor business, poor...

I love this place, my only complaint would be that they initiate a payment on your held card without notifying you, which tends to come as a surprise when you check your bank account and are much shorter than planned! Otherwise, they are fantastic and definitely better priced than...
