I was picking up my dog food from TSC. I usually buy my dog food, vaccines, and other dog medicines from TSC. They offer high quality products at a decent price. The service is always friendly and fast. Way better than fighting lines and bad attitudes. I also bought my Cub Cadet riding lawn mower from them. I recently bought the wrong blades and had to exchange them. The woman who exchanged the blades was friendly and courteous. She made me feel ok about making a mistake and having to exchange items. They also offer all the other parts I need for my mower. The speed of this transaction was quick and seemless. I would definitely recommend this location just because of the staff. Every time using the dog wash at this store is a problem. Issues from being out of soap completely, broken tie downs, broken ramps, hoses that are broken/ split, nozzles that are stuck and no towels. Now there are no tie downs and shampoo is so watered down it's just water being pumped out. Chris, manager, hasn't responded to comments about issues from several customers in over a year. He is creating, and encouraging, an unsafe environment for customers...
