China Buffet — Restaurant in Beebe

Don't waste your time or money with this establishment. We went for the dinner buffet. It's a small buffet, but we expected they would at least have the standard choices. However, tonight, there were very few entree choices on the buffet, despite it being still being a few hours until closing time, and most of what they had tasted old. There were several empty pans which they did not refill the whole time we were there, and while I can understand if it business is slow and they didn't want to waste food by stocking a buffet of things that would not get eaten, our server didn't ask if we would like anything made fresh to make up for the buffet being practically empty and didn't restock the few things we were able to find to eat. The "fried rice" was just plain rice with whatever seasoning added to it, but no peas, carrots, or even egg. The "steamed" white rice was crunchy from being left in the bottom of the almost empty rice cooker too long. We did not feel like we got our money's worth, felt unwelcome and rushed, and to add to the disappointment, they didn't even have fortune cookies when they brought the check which is an expected highlight when one eats Chinese food. We paid for our meal but did not leave a tip because we felt like we did not receive tip-worthy service, and the hostess rudely accosted my wife for not leaving a tip, and tried to bully her into writing in a tip, even though we explained to her why we were not satisfied with our meal or...

Took my daughter to China buffet in beebe that is learning to eat by mouth since she has been on a feeding pump since she was 2 years old. Told them in the beginning that she wouldn't be eating much since she was learning to eat by mouth. Charged us for 3 adult meals that is fine but when I paid stood there and asked for a tip for 2 minutes while my daughter was eating another noodle. When I said I wasn't gonna leave a tip the waitress grab her phone to translate that she doesn't get paid a wage and gets tips only. I told her I understand but I am not gonna tip. All she brought us was 2 waters and 1 pepsi. After a few more minutes of letting my daughter eat another noodle (after we had already paid) she came back and showed the same translation to my wife. We said we still are not gonna tip that paying for a adult meal when she only ate 5 noodles. After she showed the wife the translation and we told her we were not tipping she got the manager to come over and we took it as we had to leave since we were not gonna tip. Okay so here is an honest opinion of a fat guy who likes food. So 08/13/2022 this is my second experience first was just take out and no complaints. So today stopped in for a late lunch 1:30pm. First was greeted and told to sit where ever I liked. Was met and asked what drink I would like. So far 5 stars hands down. But upon the first trip to the buffet I was a little let down. A lot of the items where pretty much gone. They don't have the largest buffet to pick from but it was still very good. Most of my favorites where here. Nice and quiet was able to enjoy my meal with no distractions. Heck I'm even sitting here now writing this review. I'm just a fat guy who likes good food. The price is a little high compared to the choice's but fat guy gonna eat. I will say this won't be my first choice for a Chinese buffet but it will work when you get...
