This is an experience I just had with The Beebe Flower Shop along with a back story!
As y’all are aware, my Grandfather passed away last month. His wedding anniversary is tomorrow. We took it upon ourselves to send his widow (my grandmother)flowers for the anniversary and Valentine’s Day. We placed the order LAST Thursday with the Beebe Flower Shop through their website. (They are partnered with TeleFloral) The flowers were scheduled to be delivered today (mainly to help them out in the VDay rush). As you can see, what we ordered is not what we got. I called the Flower shop today to address the issue. She put me on hold and came back to tell me that she has to get the other line and would call me back. I missed the call due to being back in the office. I went to the Beebe Flower Shop this afternoon around 5pm to show the website options, receipts and photos of the delivered flowers. The advice that the lady gave me was a little on the Smart Aleck side. She told me that she was unable to do the arrangement as pictured. She used similar flowers to the ones shown in the picture. Also, the next time I decide to place an order for flowers I need to call a florist! Not only did she try to compare herself to the Competition down the road, she said that TeleFloral is unrealistic especially for the town of Beebe. Not to mention that the Competition down the road works with TeleFloral as well and they had different bouquets pictured and featured. Meaning that they can pick and chose which arrangements can be done at their shop specifically, prices included! The flowers that were delivered to my grandfather’s widow (my grandmother) were just as dead as he is! She received a $5 arrangement from Walmart in a 50 cent case from Goodwill and goat weed from a hay field as filler! Not to start in on the bow that an elementary aged child could have done. The lady at the counter said that they were similar. They stand by their work! The pictures shown show otherwise. To resolve this issue I had a choice of a couple lavender roses she could have gave me to help. Needless to say I passed. I also pass on ever using or recommending The Beebe Flower Shop in Beebe,...
Read moreWe live in OH, a family member passed away in AR. We used the website to order an arrangement to be delivered since we were unable to make it. A lady called the next day and said she didn't have the truck planter we wanted, or anything similar. I asked if she had anything non-traditional like a windchime on a stand or garden stone/statue. She said they had windchime but no stands and statues that go into arrangements. She rattled off some options and none of them sounded like what was pictured online nor anything we would want. We didn't want to just send ordinary flowers in a vase. I mentioned a arrangement we saw in a Victorian tea cup and saucer, it was $20 less than what I ordered originally. She exclaimed they did have that and instead of refunding the difference she would make the arrangement larger to compensate, we all agreed that was fine and she delivered them today. The small arrangement arrived in a freaking coffee mug. Not worth what we paid, didn't look like the ones on the website, and were just overall disappointing. All the websites are pretty much the same in the area so we had limited choices and this one finally had something we liked as a family and suited the recipient and late family member perfectly. God forbid there is a next time, but if so I'll just box...
Read moreWe needed a funeral arrangement for the service of a dear church member. We live in a small town without a florist. So I tried to work with two different shops in the next town to us, but was told they were too busy & just couldn’t help us. So we were in Beebe shopping & decided to go by this shop. We couldn’t believe how nice the two ladies working there were! We explained what we wanted, I had my heart set on a grapevine cross with fall silk flowers on it. They checked their inventory, found a cross & then proceeded to decorate it right then & there so we could take it with us & deliver it to the funeral home. The whole process took about 30 minutes, start to finish, & we were extremely thrilled with the end result! I will recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality & good service from caring individuals. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names, but they helped me out in a stressful situation. We will do business with them in the future...
