Wicker Basket Boutique — Local services in Beeville

Love this store for myself and all gift needs! (Yes, they wrap gifts!) Anna and Mary, the owners, are always friendly, helpful, and polite. They are not pushy and don't follow you around the store. I'd rather drive to Beeville to shop here for all these reasons, even tho, Floresville is closer. They carry so many name brand purses (Jon Hart n Consuela), Brighton jewelry and purses, fragrances, and lotions. (Too many to name) You WILL find something you may or may not need, lol. And if they don't have something, they will happily order it for you. Mary ordered a lotion for me that I'd looked for in 3 stores. It came in within the week. They hot stamp the Jon Hart items while you wait also....

I took my daughter and girlfriend here to shop. Never again. We were followed around the entire time by the 2 older women who work there. They pretended to "straighten up" near us while we shopped. It was so uncomfortable that we left empty hand despite the great selection they have there. I guess we looked suspicious or our skin wasn't light enough. Notably, we were the only "minority" in the store at the time. Stereotypes and prejudices are still alive and well...

They have interesting, colorful products. However, the older woman and possibly her husband aren’t very friendly at all. I went in here twice, and both times received lackluster customer service from the couple whom I am assuming are owners or managers. Considering it doesn’t seem that this town gets many tourists, they should consider engaging with customers more and being excited about their own product. The young lady who checked us...
