Horrible service from the owner. Don't go, go to temple. Picking up my son from around the area, and decided to stop by since I received a text message that the special order is ready. I didnt spend money for the owner to lecture me on what is and not my responsibility for not having the receipt. She found it a minute after she lectured and saying petty bullshit of "maybe I will not give you the uniform or find the uniform for me". I told her why was she behaving and what does she mean she will not give me the uniform. NO answer. Lady, I paid for that for the uniform, and you threaten not give it to me.
To everyone else, I dont say this often, but RUN, RUN, Run, if I could I would give 0 stars I would. Usually, I love and support local business. This lady realizes that she is the only uniform store for Catholic schools in East LA and gets away with treating parents like crap. Señora you are a mom and pop store, you ain't Target, anthrologie, banana republic, Zara OR Givenchi to be behaving like a total jerk, and even those places have treated me with respectfully. Ubiquece, take that arrogance flush it...
Read moreHorrible place to shop. I lost my receipt, that was my fault but I prepaid for my order. Under my name was asked for a state I gave my Mexican PASSAPORT according to her its not a state Id. I have my california license thanks to my mexican id! Horrible attitude ,I've worked over 8 years in customer service never behaved or talked to a person purchasing my services the way this lady does. Saddest thing, even my parents used to buy my uniforms there and she had the same attitude im talking about back when she was on Perry Rd. Her employes try there best I can tell, but her. To make matters worst my mother recently went back to buy my daughter a few logos for her shirts and she makes it seem like she doesn't want to provide her services. She works with privates schools. I dont know how. I'm sure if they knew they way her attitude is they'd be uncomfortable. My mom had to drive to another city just because she couldn't logo shorts that aren't purchased at her store....
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first time at the store, and I had no idea you needed to take a number. Instead of kindly explaining, I was immediately yelled at to grab a number and wait outside. While I was there, I also witnessed staff raising their voices at other parents and kids, which was really upsetting to see.
The woman at the register was especially rude and acted like she could treat people however she wanted simply because the store is the only option when schools require their uniforms. The only positive part of my visit was the lady who helped me look for clothing, she was very kind and patient.
Still, the overall experience left a bad impression. It’s frustrating to have to give business to a place that treats customers this way.
On top of that, parking is a nightmare, which just adds to the frustration of having to shop here. Honestly, I wish the school would find another company to handle uniforms because parents and students deserve...
