Called and talked to two different people asking if they have 40LB propain tanks they both said yes and are $50 each filled. I Put on reservation and drove 30 minutes to the store, thinking this is a great deal. I got in they told me they are $69.99 each filled, I said you told ne filled $50 when I called. I accepted the price and got the VA discount, I gotout to load the tanks to find they are 15 galans... what a bad service and waste of time and effort, now dealing with problem not getting refund because computer system wouldn't allow refund... I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OF THESE STORES, BAD STORE. After almost two hours finally I got my refund on my credit card, that is becasue I refused to give them my ID and information, I explained that I did not touch the product and this is all your mistakes from making me drive 30 minutes to pickup 2 x 40 LB tanks and I refused 2 x 15 LB... They need better training to know the diffrance between 15 LB and 40 LB tanks and to quote customers the...

I bought a gas can from Orscheln. After 52 days the seal broke, so I went to go return it which I had the receipt as proof. The manager said they have a 30 day return policy and won't take it back. I nicely said "that's frustrating because I want to support small independent businesses dispite the average 10% markup and not Walmart right across the street, but Walmart will except any defective product without a receipt and for just about any time length". The manager just responded "well we're not as big as Walmart".

As a small business owner I understand sometimes you have to eat some cost in order to keep a customer happy and to keep a client for the longer term which will bring in far more revenue then some small insignificant loss. I won't be supporting Orscheln again and will continue to find small businesses that do value...

An employee’s boyfriend and 3 of his friends tried to jump me outside the store because I’m there to much and it was bothering her, the employee! I have never talked to anyone in this store unless they have addressed me first! Never have I EVER bothered anyone in this store, customer or employee!I go in the store everyday!!! And shop! That’s called a valued customer!!!!! Then when I brought it to the manager’s attention her final response was don’t come as much and spend less time in the store when you do come!
