Well... I gave them 1 star for the very nice stuff they have. Other than that.... I paid $300 for a cream they said it will remove wrinkles in 5 minutes but it's a big lie.... First, they told me to use the serum 1st then the cream... I did so but it didn't work. When I went back told them it's not working, they said Oh no you must use the cream first then the serum... In all ways... it makes the look worse when you put your make up on.... You can try it if you want to pay $300 to make sure... Another thing... I went for free consultation and explained what I want and I told them I work every day and I can't do anything that affects my face or body and that I have sensitive skin. They suggested fraxel and cool sculpting. And they convinced me to pay $600 deposit but I didn't start any service yet. When I went home, I searched for both services and found that when you get fraxel done, you need no less than 5 days to your face to peel off. Your face looks like burnt till it peels off. Thanks God I didn't do that day... which next day I had my interview for my US Citizenship. I can't imagine if I get it done that day... OMG...Then the cool sculpting... I asked my Doctor about it... She said you will need pain killer to go with it and that from what she knows about me that it will be strong for me but it's up to me if I can bear it. After all this, I decided that I don't wanna start the process. So I went back and told them I don't wanna get started and want refund for my deposit especially that I didn't get or even started any of the process. They kept playing games and saying our policies is not to refund money and I need to bring a letter from my Doctor saying she recommended I don't get the process done!!!! I felt it was a punishment that I paid a deposit and believed in them. They could have gained a customer if didn't do all these games. At the end, I requested my bank to investigate the money they took out of my account and they were able to bring my money back. I wanna say that anyone has the right to refuse anything to be done to their body if they feel so.... And even very big and expensive things can be refunded by Big Companies as long as you don't need it. I didn't wanna return the cream because I opened it although I didn't like it and I paid $300. I could have refunded this money too... But for me... it's not about the money.... It's about how you treat your customer even if they don't want your service.... It's a matter of respect... We were told Fraxal was going to smooth out the wrinkles and if she wanted a drasticall look she would need less fillers and Botox. She was booked for an appointment 2 wks later and all they wanted was to sell Botox and Fillers. The Fraxal didn't work AT ALL. The lady there was so convincing on how this product was going to work for my grandma and on the day of the appointment she said something completely different. Never going back to this place! Oh and while I was there the second time, there was a young lady complaining about the microdermabrasion that had caused her to break...
