Heartship Baking Company — Restaurant in Belle Isle

I hate to even give one star. Placed an order online in July for a pickup in August. I received a confirmation email! I needed to change the pick-up date to a later date...so I emailed and called and NEVER got a response. It been months now, I have no idea if my items will be available at the later date in December I asked for or if this company is even still in business! I already paid too! I would never do business with this company again and would love if I could get a refund.

Edit for update: refund was issued. Owner was very helpful and apologetic....

I absolutely LOVE Heartship Baking’s desserts. I’ve tried so many different ones and literally NEVER been disappointed.

The owner Liz is also incredibly kind and hard working, you can really tell how much she loves this business.

I can’t wait to continue to eat Heartship desserts in the Orlando area for a long time coming, keep up...
