Hands down the best luxury car service in Florida. I wish I knew about this before as I have been traveling back and forth to Florida for a few years now. You are confirmed and then reconfirmed again and again obviously because they want to make sure you are all set for your experience. The driver contacted me and let me know exactly when my plan and where my luggage would arrive. I was impressed because it meant they were taking every effort to be there on time. The driver wore a black suit and carried an iPad with my name. He transported us safely to this vehicle and ooooh let me tell you. Black on black and super clean! It was a new model large SUV like a Z71 or Escalade or something. I was too tired to look at all of the details and had been traveling for over 6 hours with a small child. Every thing about the experience was luxurious. He drove in absolute silence which is what I needed. He was focused professional and safe. I melted in the seat and with the driving. I called because the website requires I accept terms and conditions however the page is not existent. The person who answered didn't even let me ask my question. He simply said "What day?" I told him our arrival and he said "we're booked" and hung up. I guess the 2 star rating on Trip Advisor is accurate. I'd recommend staying away from this company. Update- immediately after posting this the man called my phone and said if I don't take this down he will post negative reviews everywhere he can for my profile. He said "I have your ID and information from the attempted booking." Wow. If you leave an honest review of terrible customer service they will threaten you. Black car service cancelled reservation a few days before we were to be picked up at Orlando airport - good thing I checked my email. No reason given. We had 3 children traveling and needed a car seat for 1 yr old. Upon arriving at Orlando airport service was NOT there waiting for us - had to wait 15 for them. NO CAR SEAT. Waited another 45 min to bring one out. Was assured there would be car seat on way back to airport - well a week later car came at promised time (hurray) - BUT AGAIN NO CAR SEAT.
