I waited for 45 minutes for an employee to help me with turkeys. Once the lines calmed down she did. I asked her was it a limit and she said no. The district manager came in saw my cart while I was in line. I was next to check out and the lady that helped me came and said. My district manager said you cannot purchase all them turkeys the limit is two. I asked her why didn't you tell me this when you help me she just looked at me. I asked her was it the guy that was just standing next to me working on the Shelf she replied yes. I ask may I speak with him. He came up to me and said can I help you and the conversation went on to I needed the turkeys for my church we give them away in a basket. He said well it's only two per person no you cannot purchase the turkeys we have a lot of organizations want to come in and buy them and give turkey to the poor and we do not do that. I never said we were given to the poor, I said we were giving them away at church. I said so you all let me stand in this line for 45 minutes pick my turkeys with the help of an employee pulll tags out so you all wouldn't have to get them out one by one. Read moreNice, but the other day there was only one white guy working. We waited in line for like 10 minutes. Whatever, we get it, and felt bad for the guy as there were several people inquiring about other cashiers.
We get up to the line and my mom is pulling up her app to pay for the food. The cashier rolls his eyes, sighs, and then yells "PLEASE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY WHEN YOU GET TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE". Like. Sir. We waited for so long. You can't wait a few seconds while my mom pulls up her payment?Seriously? She wasn't being rude or literally anything like the rest of the folks in line. She was actively trying to not even act frustrated. She was waiting patiently and was just trying to get out.
I get he was frustrated, but my mom was already anxious about that. There was no need to act so rudely and it only took her literally 6 seconds. Get right, Man. Save the attitude for people who deserve it.
It just...
Read moreI've read a couple of the comments but I did so AFTER I went to this location. I don't stay far from this location but I don't usually come here bc there's a different store closer to my house...but they were closed so I took a chance, & I should've went to Schucks in the beginning instead of this Aldi's. So I arrive & I'm pushing it because it's close to closing time, but I had 9 mins before they actually close. All I needed was some vinegar & lemon juice (the drains in my house are giving off an awful smell) As I'm walking to the entrance of the store, the security guard starts closing the door, while looking me in my eyes. I said? "SIR, I only need 2 items. I'll be in & out in a couple of mins." He said it's too late because they already pulled the registers. If the store closes at 8pm, are we wrong for expecting them to be opened until 8pm or are they wrong for shutting down the store as soon as it gets...
