White Castle — Restaurant in Bellefontaine Neighbors

Is there no pride left in America? Never ever, ever go to this White Castle!!!! I was in line at the drive through for over 30 minutes there were only 4 cars. This was on a Saturday evening at 6:55 PM. When I got up to the window there were 5 kids working inside not a single one of them had a uniform on. They were all wearing big down jackets. All of them were on their phones and were horsing around not doing anything that I saw as work.. Not only that , they had meat laying on the counter that was raw next to stacks of cheese and for some reason 4 or 5 $20 bills sitting right next to the food. My guess is they are stealing money and not ringing up purchases by customers. When I finally got my food, not only was it not hot it, it wasn't even close to being warm. The burgers were absolutely cold like they had been sitting out for at least 45 minutes. I threw the entire bag of burgers in the trash at the Walgreens next door. Whoever owns or manages this store should be ashamed because these kids are not even close to doing any semblance of a job. This is just poor management they do not care one single bit about their customers or their product. White Castle headquarters should close this...

It's about average for any similar fast food place: pretty hit or miss. Regardless of the number of vehicles ahead of you in the drive up, you don't know if you will wait 2 or 20 minutes! Sometimes the food is nice and hot, other times I wonder if it has actually been setting there since the before because it is hard as a rock and ice cold! lol Was a little disappointed this visit, my 10 sliders didn't have the cheese I ordered AND asked at the window as soon as I pulled up to make sure! Luckily they were fresh and hot and my boyfriend and I were too hungry to drive back and bother with it lol. So basically, yep just a regular ole fast food place, sometimes they suck but I'll never quit going back and trying...

What a miserable excuse for a business. Always a wait but that usually means hot food when you get it. I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru. I arrived on time and it took 20 min to have the 4 customers in front of me served. That's 5 min per order! ! ! I finally received my order and went on with my day to find my sliders were ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. The fries tasted of old,dirty grease but we're hot at least. The employee at the speaker and window would not speak clearly or loud enough to understand. You're not supposed to mumble and whisper to customers. It's really sad when you pay for service like this. C'mon automation! I'd rather deal...
