Burger King — Restaurant in Spanish Lake

The morning manager is oddly casual with customers in a very hostile way. I was given over-cooked hash browns and I asked for a fresh batch. I was the only person in line and only ordered a large hash brown.

I returned the old has browns and was told to pull up. As I gestured to pull up, I saw the young lady that works the window walk pass the trash can with the bag of hash browns that I returned and look back as if to check that I pulled around, out of view. So I remained at the window.

(This location is also notorious for cheating the drive through clock. They have customers pay at the window then they immediately tell you to either pull backwards in the driveway or forward to the parking lot.)

While I wait to see the old hash browns get thrown away, the manager walks up in says “Your not going to wait on my clock, pull up”. I replied “I am the only one in line, hash browns shouldn’t take long. I am waiting here.” She catches an even bigger attitude and says “You’re not get your food through this drive through, you’re going to have to pull around.”

Long story short I had to make a police report just to get some fresh hash browns at my local Burger King. Shameful management and moreover this manager is a 50 year old black woman with no tact.

I did not raise my voice or respond aggressively, and she called me a “b**” 8a.m. In the morning. I’m not even mad I feel pity for this lady, please free her from this job so she can find some joy. No one should be that irritated by...

The food was ok. The service was not too bad. The girl at the drive thru seemed frustrated but wasn't rude with me. I ordered chicken fries along with burgers and regular fries. When I received my order, the chicken fries weren't in the bag. I alerted the cashier and waited for them. When she handed me the bag, I drove off without noticing she handed me a cheeseburger instead. Take two. I went back to the same location today, 03/08/2022, and waited about 7 minutes before my order was taken. The in front of me at the speaker and the car at the other speaker were waiting. It took about 5 minutes for them to ask their orders well, actually 5 minutes from the time I drove up; I don't know how long they actually sat there. It took 16 more minutes from the time I paid and the time I received my order. After paying, I was asked to pull forward, which was annoying, but I obliged. When a worker finally approached my car, she had the wrong order. When a second worker approached my car, she seemingly had the correct order. I checked the food only to discover that instead of 2 large fries and an order of onion rings, along with 2 burgers, I was given 3 orders of fries!!!! I visited this Burger King location for the 1st time. It's fairly new and less than a 5 minute drive from my home. The ordering process went well. When I pulled up to the window the young lady asked if I needed cream and sugar for my coffee and I responded yes, please. She handed me the coffee and the orange juice I ordered and 2 straws. I waited for another few minutes and looked at the window and did not see anyone. I understand from my small vantage point that the team members were else where in the restaurant but no one said it would be one moment or we are waiting on this... I just sat there. After another few minutes a different young lady opens the window and asks if I want condiments. I respond with what I would like and say I didn't see anybody for a while and she says we were cooking as she passes me the bag. I looked through the bag and realize items are missing. I look into the window and the young lady says yes. I tell her what I'm missing and she responds in thought those were in the bag. Then the original young lady says Oh...here they are and places my items in a different bag and passes them to me. At this point I can not remember if any offered an apology but I get home and there is no cream or sugar in the bag. 🤔 I...
