To call the store manager Craig disrespectful and classless would be a compliment! With his unprofessionalism as a team leader I am not shocked that the store is plummeting down! When trying to deliver a grocery order! I was treated very poorly by the staff in the photography department! An older woman named Donna was very problematic! She did not know how to multitask and she was very offensive with her actions and her words! She had me waiting for almost 15 minutes for an item that she did not even have. After she realized she did not do her job correctly she proceeded to Asked me if I have the right store, instead of trying to help me solve the issue. When she finally call for a manager Craig. He asked me did I even get the order for that day. To me that shows how un-organized and all over the place, the management and the staff at the store is. It's the pharmacy I'm having an issue with. My son's prescription was sent over last Thursday and I've been giving nothing but the runaround. I was initially told that the medicine needed to be ordered and that it would be in the next day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED, the pharmacy than CLOSED FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I just talked to a rude pharmacist yesterday and was told that the manufacturer didn't have anymore so they couldn't order it. WHICH WAS A BOLD FACE LIE, I called his Dr office and the prescription was available at a different walgreens and transferred there. Its ready for pick up. SO WHY WASN'T THE PHARMACIST ABLE TO HELP ME??? WHY DID HE LIE AND TELL ME I NEEDED TO CALL MY SONS DR and ask for a different medicine when a different walgreens had the medicine. The clerks didn't greet the customers, had an unfriendly demeanor, and not courteous at all. It was about 11:30am, all three clerks that I interacted with were not courteous at all. My 1st encounter was waiting for the clerk to buy bodywash. I had to press the button at 2 times after about 10 minutes. She didn't speak at all, so I just let her know which bodywash I wanted. As I went to checkout, the Clerk (I think she may have been a supervisor or manager) because she was counting money, looked at me and rudely said go over there looking over at the photo department. I get over to the photo department and that Clerk didn't greet me. The only thing she did was ask if I was a rewards member, and handed me my bag after completing my purchase.
