Drove all the way down from Milton Fla to see an RV class A when we arrived, the steps did not work. The backup cameras did not work side. Camera did not work. Marker light was missing on rear of the Coach seal was peeling off on the windshield decal was peeling off on the back. Ask them to fix the marker light the cameras they said the steps were a recall, but I could take it with no steps working they were very reluctant to even put a safety item such as a marker light cover on the side of the unit. Read moreMy mother-in-law purchased a camper a month ago, it was delivered on Monday 10/14. The guy who delivered it literally dropped it in the yard and left. Nothing was set up. He didn't level it, he didn't place the stabilizers, he did nothing. Yet she was charged for delivery and setup. The camper arrived with the wrong (50amp) electrical cord despite her repeated requests for the correct cord and to verify it was a 30amp cord. Not just that but the air conditioning won't work and when we called Jason made repeated requests for pictures and for her to climb on top of this camper. She has medical conditions that prevent this from happening. Medical conditions that require a functional air conditioning unti and proper electric yet no one there seems to care. I suppose if you spend half a million dollars on a unit you receive proper customer service, a service she hasn't received. Read moreComing back from a camping trip and when we got to our storage space realized we had hit a branch and the roof was damaged. Called Camping World, on a holiday, and David answered. He was very helpful, asked a lot of questions, and proceeded to help me schedule a repair. He was in constant communication with me throughout the whole repair process. He even helped me with additional repairs I needed. The roof came out amazing. Cudo's to the repair technician(s). David arranged a contact person at his department, to whom I was to talk to during my pick-up. Kailee was very helpful, and we were on our way. We went camping that night to try out the repairs. That evening we noticed a noise coming from the a/c unit they reinstalled. We brought it back to them the next day. Elizabeth was at the service desk and arranged Casey to look at it. They diagnosed the problem and there did not pressure us at all with the outcome. If and when we need any more repairs and/or service, we will definitely go back....
