I can't say enough good things about Lisa Crosier Skincare. They were incredibly accomodating and made a surmounting effort to fit me into their already busy Saturday schedule, so from the git go I knew it was going to be a good experience. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and given a tour of the studio, everyone was so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. My mom was dying to see how the whole process worked so she had come along with me and they allowed her to come into the room while I was getting my facial. My esthetician Lauren was so warm and sweet and really included her in the process. It made for a really fun girls day! Lauren was such a wealth of knowledge and really took the time to explain every aspect of the treatments and facial both before the process began and as it continued. She genuinely cares about her clients and really listens to your concerns and takes the time to address each one and come up with a solution and customize the facial to your specific needs. When she waxed my brows and lip I literally did not feel a thing- she is so gentle. She encouraged me to do the pumpkin mask as well and I was so glad I did- it never once felt as though she was pushing any unnecessary services on me; she truly wanted me to do what was best for my skin and is polite, pleasant and so much fun. About six months ago I began struggling with cystic acne out of nowhere and I was so afraid that I was going to have permanent scarring, after just one microdermabrasion treatment I can already see such a noticeable difference in my skin- it looks so healthy and bright, and so much of the scarring and dead skin that was causing breakouts is gone! I will absolutely be going back, I could not have asked for a better experience. After my facial, Lauren wrote out a customized skincare regimen for me and explained why the lines they carry are truly so much better than anything you could purchase at the mall. I have extremely sensitive skin and after just three days of using the products I have not had any new zits and my skin is smoother, less red and irritated, bright, hydrated and clear. I've had problems with acne since middle school, and I'd been on everything, including Accutane. This seemed to only be a temporary fix, and I had basically given up when it came back. With nothing to lose, I scheduled my appointment with Sara, one of their estheticians, and my skin has NEVER LOOKED BETTER!! Within 2 to 3 weeks, I felt like a completely new person and am so surprised when I wake up and have little to no breakouts! Sara was the perfect person for me - she catered to my individual needs, always made sure I knew what each step in my facial did for my skin and answered any questions I had, made me feel comfortable and cared for, and is just an awesome person to be around and talk with. I've have been seeing Lisa since 2009. My skin was a mess and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to clear. I started with her recommendation of a Microdermabrasion series of facials, along with some new skin care. It made a world of difference and I use the skincare to this day! Over the years I have switched to Bareminerals makeup she sells and with the help from her great staff learned how to apply it, while keeping a natural look. I have since moved from Bellingham, but visit Lisa whenever I am in town for a facial and order products from her in the mail, since she knows my skin well and I trust her opinion.
