Not happy at all with this business. I scheduled appointment for remote start on a Thursday. Had to cancel on Monday. Was charged a $15 restocking fee (really? to restock what?). Also, my $85 refund will be issued by check not a credit to my charge card.

But the worst part is, when I called for appointment, I was given one choice of starter. The woman I spoke with, Linda, wasn't sure of price. That's fine, she checked with technician and got back to me very promptly. I told her to go ahead with the $389 charge and she took a $100 charge card deposit.

When I went home and told my husband, he told me he had already gotten a quote from them for a Christmas gift for me. His quote was $349 for same thing - $40 lower. Plus he had several options on his quote that I was never offered.

Needless to say, I will be getting a remote starter but not from New England Mobile Systems. Nope not...

I give them 5 stars for service! I purchased a remote starter for an older car as a gift for a family member. It worked great initially in warmer weather but quit once it got colder. Brought it back to them and it was thought it just needed reprogramming. Again, it worked for a while but again failed when below freezing weather set in. Called and brought it back wondering if I'd wasted my money. They didn't give up and went the extra mile to find the fix that worked best on this particular older car. As we all know, it gets BRUTALLY cold during new England winter season. I finally decided it was time to either move back to florida or get a remote start for my expensive vehicle. Not many company's are willing to work on my vehicle due to it being a Mercedes. Company's either turned me down or didn't warranty their products. I found New England mobile driving by one day while on vacation and decided to give it another shot. I spoke to Neil and he was professional, explained the process, cost and most importantly standing by their workmanship and products. Quality comes with cost and it was worth the money....
