Walgreens — Local services in Bellingham

Upon arriving before close of business employees had locked the door prior to closing and refused to let customers inside! The store closed at 10pm and it was 5 min before closing and upon walking up to the door neither one of them was working. So I tried to get clarity on this situation so I called to speak to the store manager who said her name was Jillian then stated that other DO NOT ENTER (exit) door was unlocked and I could have used that but when walking up to the door neither one was opening! When I told her we tried She began getting confrontational and raised her voice saying she doesn’t understand what I was talking about and that her exit door was open which has to be trigger from the inside of the store. Mind you every employee working that night was just staring at me dumbfounded and couldn’t even point or single the other door was openI get that running a retail store is hard work but if you’re not going to do it correctly DO NOT DO IT AT ALL! Our scripts get messed up here and there or somehow insurance wasnt out in right and now especially with my struggling with certain things I cannot be off my medications and I called for my typical refill early this morning to be on top of it and one of my old prescriptions they refilled instead with the complete wrong dosage and another important medication they did not fill at all after I clearified both generic and brand name confirmed my script was there by my doctor and confirmed with the person on the phone they were on the right medication and they repeated it back correct but then filled the absolute wrong medication that I’ve already got 2 full bottles of and it’s just amazingly annoying at how they can do it and I’m the one stuck in a bind and now having a hard time functioning because lack of correct medication. This pharmacy used to be great despite the creepy manager with his gross chest hair always out that flirts with me every time I go in alone 🤮 I waited seven days for my last heart med. today I had a sinus infection and was confirmed by the pharmacist that my antibiotic got There at noon. I am now waiting at 6 pm being told this was low priority. I don’t know who needs six hours but if they do that’s fine just don’t tell me it’s low priority. I’m a medical professional and would get my head chewed off if I ever said that to anyone. Mr Chest Hair needs to chill.
