I have been a patron of this location for over 10 years. I go there quite a bit since it's a mile from my home. Always super helpful and friendly staff. Until today. My Mother and I went there to use the mobile phone photo kiosk. I use it all the time. Most of the time the rep tells me to wait because the pictures would be ready soon, instead of coming back at the time stated on my screen, which is an hour. I asked Toni, the employee at the photo department, if it would be an hour and she said no, so we waited. The message on the kiosk screen said photos would be ready at 5:20pm central time. She totally disappeared for quite awhile, came back and said they would be ready in 10 minutes. She disappeared again for about 20 minutes. I went and got another rep and he started messing with a printer for another 10 minutes, saying nothing to us. Finally I asked if there was a problem. He said he had to wait for Toni to come back out because he didn't know how to do something. Another 10 minutes went by. He said she was counting drawers. Then she came out, walking very slowly, uncaring about how long we had been waiting. By this time it was an hour and 10 minutes. No "Sorry for the wait." Nothing. I told her we had now waited more than an hour. She snapped at us, saying "It has NOT been an hour!" I told her the kiosk screen said 5:20 would be an hour from the time I placed the order. She said ,"Well, it was out of paper, so!" Very unprofessional. It was an hour and 40 minutes before we got our pictures. She handed me the envelope and told me to go pay the cashier. I asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager. I was appalled to find out Toni was the manager! Someone who doesn't have a good attitude should NOT work in customer service, especially not in management! If I go there and see her as the manager, I will leave. We would have left and came back, but she said the photos would be ready soon. Since she took off, she didn't see that the printer was out of paper. The phone was ringing in the photo department but no one was there to answer it. She had a very ugly personality and I thought you should know how she makes your loyal...

Like all Walgreens the prices of products on the shelves are extremely overpriced but that's a corporate decision not the location's fault. I usually get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner but have had some problems when my prescription in a timed safe. I was told by staff my prescription would be ready in a half hour and drove to the store to pick it up 45 minutes later only to be told they needed another half hour. This happened 4 times after that. Honestly I think they were very busy that day and just couldn't keep up. That only happened 1 time and never since. Read moreI’ve tried a few times to get my prescription. Once it was back ordered they told me the next day. By three today I still hadn’t heard about so I called. They called me about 15 minutes later that it was done. Went to pick it up, they couldn’t find it, waited 15 minutes and it was found but I was supposed to wait again for the pharmacist. I had to go so we left. Went to get it tonight, waited in drive up for 15 minutes, one car in front of us so I left again. Still don’t have my prescription. Get it together! I’m finding...
