I have a Lowe’s Protection Plan on my refrigerator, and Lowe’s engaged Bes Electronics to repair my refrigerator. Bes Electronics was scheduled to assess the need on a day between 2 and 7pm, arrived at 8:30pm said they would order parts. No follow up. I called a week and a half later and scheduled for a day, they’d arrive between 2 and 7pm - called me at 8 to say they’d be there no later than 10pm - that’s too late and asked for the next day. Bes Electronics said they’d be there next day - no show, no call, no follow up.
Called Lowe’s to follow up - and found out Bes Electronics had reported the repair as complete the day after their first visit. Don’t trust this company.
Also, the tech was rude, condescending and I wouldn’t have him back into my home...
