Checkers — Restaurant in Georgia

I’m not sure what’s going on here lately…. There is one manager that works at night with a pony tail that has his staff In order every single time, hot food and quick service…… but when he’s not there like tonight when I pulled up… half the staff was sitting outside talking to random people and I’m At the window just waiting on someone to come To the window and not even sure if they washed their hands upon entering back in the building. I love this location and I want to continue to do so but if this is the type of service you get when pulling up to an establishment where half the staff is outside talking to God knows who doing God knows what then imma just stop going. And then I watched the dude dip my fries back in old grease and then take them back out and put them In my bag…… this is unacceptable and the location is becoming NASTY and the staff needs to look more presentable …. Me coming to the window and the staff in dirty shirts ect make me not even want to eat. -5 stars this place is absolutely the worst place on the face of the Earth to eat. There is checkers right up the street by Kroger go to that one they have way better food and perfect customer service. But this one right here at Columbia and Glenwood is horrible. The food taste old partly because they re fry cold fries. They drop food on the floor and stick in the bag anyway. I watched them do this with my own eyes and then attempt to give it to me. A girl that works there was very obviously sick and she was still at work she told me they would fire her if she calls out. Their food score is obviously a lie . My drink cup was so damn sticky that I could barely get it out the girls hand . The night workers are the worst the curse at people just because they are stressed out. You can curse people out when you clearly made the food wrong. DONT COME HERE LESS THAT 5 MIN'S AWAY THERES A BETTER CHECKERS...

The food has been great the last few times I've been, but the little lady who work the window is very rude. I don't know what's the problem, I don't even know her for her to have animosity. Twice I've been there and the first time she handed me my food without looking and didn't say anything, how much it would be even after I asked her. She totally ignored me, didn't say thank you or you're welcome. Then I just went tonight and she got the boy to hand me my food. She handed me my card back without looking my direction.
