We came here on our trip to Atlanta. The restaurant was ghetto, as the store looked shady and unorganized. The inside was set up with a bar like stool adjacent to the cooking area. The seating area had a couple of chairs and tables. The tables were wobbling. The workers were friendly, and courteous. Only the lamb and beef items in the menu are Halal.
We ordered the Supreme Burger combo and the Greek Lamb Burger. It came in a styrofoam box partitioned in 3. The burger and fries were lopsided in the box (why not use a flat box to uniformly lay the food?) The Supreme Burger was very greasy, dripping everywhere. The lamb burger was dry, but I liked the feta cheese and tzatziki sauce on it. The seasoned fries were also very greasy. The supreme sauce was similar to a sweet/spicy sauce (it’s a side and not on their Supreme Burger). The drink cup was a plain styrofoam cup without the company logo on it.
I like their concept of “Build your burger”, as you can customize your burger. Very similar to another Burger franchise in the west coast-Burgerim. But Burgerim is so much better, that allows you to customize your burgers, and choose 2 or 3 burgers. I wanted to try the “Extreme Supreme” on their menu, but the price didn’t justify the content. $20 for a double cheese burger with various sauces; why not get 3 Supreme Burgers($6.50 each), and it would still cost less than an...
Read moreSupreme Burger was a vendor at my job via Fooda. Firstly, the two workers did not wear gloves, hair net (one had locks the other had a bush, or a mask. Secondly, one of the workers put a side of beans on my coworkers plate that she did not ask for. When this was brought to the workers attention (after discussing this over the OPEN plate) the worker scooped the beans back into the pan that would be served to others. I purchased a lemonade from the stand, after purchasing and leaving the food stand, it was brought to my attention that there was an ANT in my drink. I took my drink back to the station and the employee insisted that I put the ant in my drink because “It wasn’t there when I purchased it.” I told him that he should not argue with a customer and insisted that I be refunded. The employee continued to argue, while placing my money on the counter and said “I hope you find a better job!” This customer service should not be tolerated and I will ensure that a business like this will no longer be servicing my place of employment. To top it all off, they ran out of to-go trays 30 min. into their shift which shows that they were...
Read moreI placed an order today through a delivery service, then called the restaurant to make sure they understood the order. A very young girl answered, to be a little more specific, a child! I reviewed my order with her, and she understood what I was asking for, so she said. So we hung up. Not much longer after hung up, the driver was picking up my order......the order shouldn't have been ready, the food was ordered well done. I called back to the restaurant, the little girl answered again. I said hello, and she hung up! I called right back. I again wanted to reconfirm the order with the replacements....I asked if she sent them, and she nastily replied NO!!! I stated, " I just called you to confirm my items", did you send what I needed, she then said yes! And failed to tell me that they no longer sold the drink. I learned this from my driver, whom also mentioned the girl was about 16yrs old, and the adult there with her, a guy, was watching the game and not even paying attention. A child, rude, disrespectful, and dealing...
