The owner did not receive feedback well when I told her that her teachers were sitting on their phones and not being attentive to the children. She became rude and curt with me as a result. I would not recommend this facility unless you’re guaranteed the owner as the instructor. Her staff don’t pay attention to the kids, putting the children at risk. After a year of putting up with this, even she stated that my daughter only made ‘some’ progress, despite having a rig at home to practice. For $25/class, I’d expect more than ‘some’ progress from a committed child who never misses class and works hard. In short, not worth the money for the way your children are ignored. Too much of a risk. Just too dangerous.

Further, the school had a valid form of payment after my card was stolen twice. The owner claims to have never received it, yet somehow got paid anyway. My daughter was kicked out two weeks after I notified her that her teachers ignore the kids. My daughter streams video so I can watch her from my car as she feels awkward with me watching. She does the same thing with her voice instructor. I have seen your teacher sitting on her phone, and we have it in video. The timing of my daughter not being allowed back is suspicious. My daughter just avoided the ‘tricks’ that she thought were dangerous since the teacher wasn’t paying attention. I thought it would change when the owner came back after 9 months. We had reserved a 2pm time slot for bungee aerobics. We got a email the same day advising the instructor would be late because her church service was longer than anticipated so the new time was 230 .We went in at about 220 and she was still setting up. There was a line of us at the door just looking at her set up. Kinda weird. She did not greet us or introduce herself because she was so worried about setting up. Fine we understood I guess. So we waited for about a good additional 15 min from the time we got there (220) before she allowed us to the back after the setup. Again, she still never properly introduced herself nor did she apologize for not wanting to leave church early due to having a class at 2pm. The class felt rushed . We tried to make the best of it after all we did pay . I did not enjoy the experience at all and at the end we were rushed out because she had another class which I’m sure they weren’t pleased at how long she took with us . My sister and I purchased 2 groupons for the first time aerial flyers class. However, they redeemed our groupons a day in advance. On the day of the class, my sister and I were unable to make the class due to unforeseen traffic issues (3 car accident) and would be unfortunately missing out on the scheduled class. We contacted the school through 3 different modalities asking them for advice and hoping to reschedule since they already redeemed the groupon prematurely. However, they did not get back to us until later that night and explained they have a 5 minute late policy with no exceptions. They didn’t offer us credits to retake a class even though they redeemed the groupon before we even got a chance to use it. Basically gave us the “sorry about your luck” card. Unfortunately, if they had not redeemed the groupon prematurely, I would still have it, but that is definitely not the case in this situation, nor would I want to redeem it after my experience with them.
