UPDATE Patti, the store manager worked hard to correct this issue. She was wonderful and so helpful. She helped us order new slipcovers for all three pieces of furniture and they fit like they should. We are so thankful for her willingness to help solve this problem.

We purchased two slipcovered swivel chairs and a huge slipcover couch, all of which cost thousands of dollars. We were told the slipcovers would be great for a large family because they are so durable and easy to clean. From the onset, we have had nothing but trouble with the slipcovers. Taking off the slipcovers was a chore because they were so tight. Once washed, as directed from the store staff, the slipcovers were even more difficult to put back on. For over a year we have been dealing with the seams falling apart once they have been washed. It's almost as if the thread disintegrates in water. The owner took in two slipcovers and had them fixed for us, at no charge. We thought this would fix the problem, but the seams kept falling apart. I have phoned the owner three times to address this issue and he has not spoken to me about it. We just paid $300 to have another seamstress sew the ripped seams back together and add velcro for easier removal. New parts of the slipcovered seams are ripping apart now. So I purchased fabric glue to hold the slipcovers together. 1 star because I had to put something down. Sad sad sad!!! I’ve been wanting to visit this place for a long time. It’s time to get new kitchen, bedroom and living room furniture. Stopped in and they said NOTHING. Literally every employee looked at us and said not 1 word- until we walked out and 1 lady sitting at a table told us to “have a nice day”. Simple Things forget the most simplest of all things - CUSTOMER SERVICE/KINDNESS. Never actually left a review that was not positive for a company because I know it’s hard out there these days - but this was literally disgusting. It cost nothing to them to be kind and welcoming. Nothing. But it will cost them lots if they continue to not be. Beautiful stuff but we could never support a place with our dollars that does not believe in the beauty of kindness!!! Super sad!!! Now I gotta find a place to buy...

I will say that visiting this place is an absolute treat. The merchandise is displayed beautifully throughout the store. I did enjoy conversing with a few of the staff members, but what kept me from making a purchase, or even fully enjoying my experience was how stand-offish and rude the owner was.
