Paula was AWESOME! We walked into Bed Heads and immediately I saw who I thought was Paula standing there and sure enough she was! I said excuse me, what's your name? She said, Paula immediately I got excited because she was there and I was going to deal with the nicest person that I've ever met! My day had been a rough one and after I came back from that store I hit the 100% better!
