very significant mouse problem. the prices are decent but generally not worth having mouse urine and droppings on products. I saw multiple live mice running in the back and many of the products do indeed have mouse feces on them.
I understand the store is surrounded by wooded area. however, an employee seemed to imply it was a new problem. I can tell you, the "mouse smell" was present months ago during the summer as well. something more needs to be done. both live mice and mouse droppings are disease vectors. this feels frankly irresponsible, to have a mouse problem bad enough that there's a SMELL and still sell products that are contaminated.
EDIT: I got home and inspected my items. I did make a purchase, one of which was a cat toy. every part of the cat toy smells like mouse droppings, including the sealed bagged parts. I admit fault for not checking but it is ridiculous to think I'd need to. there was also feces in the bottom of the box. I don't feel like customers should have to sanitize pet items for their...
