WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Purchased a couch and love seat with recliners in both. The sale was as good as you can get. 4 months later recliner started to break. They said, no problem it is under warranty with Flex Steel. Months went by and it finally broke all the way. So fast forward over a year of no return calls or text messages.. Finally the part is finally here. I went to install it and it was the wrong size frame. Called them back many times, sent photos of the size they gave us vs the real frame size... a year plus after that and still no part. So we purchased nice name brand furniture and only got 6 months out of 1/2 of a love seat. This has been on going now for 3 years. My patience is shot. Sure your purchase maybe perfect in person but God help you if something goes wrong.

Photos show 20inch plus width and the part is less than 18inch. Part arrived at Furniture Mart in May and it took 5 phone calls to get the wrong part in September 2021. That is also the last time they have...

Update It's been 2 months and a few days since I got the recliner. Nothing against the service but the FlexSteel lift recliner I bought is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever had. Im so miserable and in pain from sitting in it. In the first month the seat is already sagging, firmness is what I needed. I should've bought a Lazy Boy like I intended, FlexSteel gets 1 star. Ugh.

I had the best experience with Kentucky Furniture Mart. Nancy was awesome, she helped me find the perfect recliner/lift chair, a beautiful leather FlexSteel. I've had a stroke and she took my hand to walk me through the store. Now, that's excellent customer service in my book. Oh, yeah the recliner is awesome, too. I feel like I'm sitting on a throne. My son paid for the chair and it took a few days because he had to transfer money but Shannon said no problem, the sold sign is on the chair till he calls. Delivery was next day, and even the delivery guys were super nice, cute, too. Lol Thank you to everyone for your 5 star...

Without a doubt the best furniture store in the tri-state area! Knowledgeable staff, quality furniture and so many years of experience. I'll have to say I agree with their slogan.. why in the world would you shop anywhere else! I just purchased two new couches and as always I'm thrilled with them just as I am all the furniture that I have purchased from Higdon over the years. They offer styles and selections for absolutely every taste and pocketbook. I live in Illinois and they are always happy to deliver. A special shout out to sales professional Janet! She really knows her merchandise and was a joy to work with! In this day where customer service is mostly nonexistent,it is nice to know that atleast there is one store left that cares about...
