So I bought a new Southern Motion recliner from a store in my home town that was going out of business. At the time, I didn't think I needed two chairs. However, after time had passed and my reclining sofa was on the fritz, I decided I wanted to get another one just like it. Well the furniture store I used was going out of business and did not have another chair just like the one I previously purchased. We began a hunt for a new chair. We found a place in Cape Girardeau, MO that sold Southern Motion but they had to ask the store manager if they could order it and never even got back with us on that. That's when we found Cozy Home Furnishings. And I will tell you one thing, we will definitely be back to order from them again. I spoke with Terry himself majority of the time over the phone since we live about an hour and a half away. He was so great from the start. He got all the information from me about the chair I had and we ordered it over the phone. He was great about calling with updates on the chairs progress and everything. We picked up the chair yesterday and was able to finally meet him face to face. I had even talked to other folks in the store and they were just as nice and easy to talk to as Terry. I was greeted at the front door and asked what I was looking for. I told Lori what I needed, she showed me the collections. She showed me the fabric and let me look without looking over my shoulder. When I was finished picking out fabric for the pieces I liked, she figured it up and texted me with the pricing.
