This place is great!! These folks have the most amazing staff!! Kendra, Colton and Miranda went above and beyond. I visited three times and the level of service was always wonderful. Long time customer with a Medical card. I noticed that I am being charged the Michigan 10% Cannabis Tax (for Recreational) in addition to the Michigan 6% sales tax. This is NOT legal. Medical card holders only supposed to pay 6% sales tax. I called to try to understand why they are charging Med card holders a tax that they are not required to pay. No argument, only to see where they are coming from. Essentially, she stated that since they are a Recreational provisioner that they can do this and is a business decision. The she got really shorthand defensive and told me to go shop at Puff in Traverse City. So, I will take her advice and shop there since she made it clear they don't want my business. Every good review is just so they can get $5 off, don't let them lie to you. Same products since they opened, hardly rotate. Employees talk down to you, won't even acknowledge you if they don't like you. Sorry but it's your job to greet and help people, not run out the back door and smoke.
