A hundred stars to the incredible team at this store! Two years ago, Zy took all the time and patience with me in restoring data on my new phone, and a couple years later, I returned again. My phone ran its course, and it happened at very inconvenient timing, around 1730. I called, and they worked with me, sending one all the way to Manistee because they had the only Google phone in the area at that time, and I didn't want to switch systems. I felt a little embarrassed because not only did they go grab it this late in the evening, but they stayed well after closing time to help restore data, as I use my phone for work and for virtually everything. This is by no means to be expected and speaks volumes about their dedication. Zy is a mastermind and an expert in his field, and I learned a lot about cell phones. The three young women working with him both Thursday and Friday treated me like family. If you come to this store, and I cannot recommend enough that you do, please show this crew your kindness because they are the kindest people! Micah, Kehinnydei, and Braylin, thank you for putting up with me, making me feel like family, helping, and going above and beyond to restore data, explain the options, and when I purchased a case and screen protector the next day, Kehinnydei immediately put it on my new phone, perfectly and immediately without question. If I need to visit a Verizon store, I will drive here and nowhere else. CAITLIN G is honestly the best! We had some issues with setting up a new account because of porting (keeping same #) issues, which was the fault of our previous service provider being a pain. The issue lasted over a week maybe 2...we sat with her 4hrs one day, couple of hours another day, probably 2 more hours in another day. Caitlin was great! She did not give up on us. Talking to customer service for hours, getting transferred from agent to agent. All so her customer (Me) could be sent out the door with new working phones, and happy. She is truly a miracle worker! Very poor customer service 20 , 50 mile round trips last sept. Screwed up everything, didn't listen to customer, Created a password for phone and never gave it to me. Had yo go yo Verizon Corporate in Traverse City yo get phone straightened out..

Even refused cash monthly payment another wasted 50 mile round trip. Manager she did everything in her power to make things wrong . Very poor for representing Verizon.

Dealt with Verizon a good 12 years Verizon store 1999 - 2012 in Benzonia..Totally different people running it.Was a pleasure going there.

Must be different ownership.
