Dropped off my Giant Vac commercial walk behind parking lot blower for a new throttle April 12th. A simple job I should have and could have done myself. Called a couple of weeks later to see if it was finished. No, parts back ordered. Finally at the end of June I get a call it's finished. Installed a 12.00 throttle cable they charged me $30.00 for, and it is not even the correct one, it operates opposite of the way it should, totally backwards of the throttle indicator. They tuned it up and discovered a blown head gasket also. another inexpensive part easy to replace. I paid OVER $200 for this simple job almost three months after I dropped it off, was never told throttle I waited so long for was reverse of how it should be, No wonder It didn't start after a $200 dollar tune up! Service is marginal at the counter, repairs are marginal at best. I can't recommend these guys for any repairs. Do it yourself if you are capable or find a kid in the neighborhood if you are not. I think there high reviews are from local people who know the owner.... we bought a leaf blower 3 years ago every year the thing needs to be brought in to figure out the problem.... 2 years ago they had the thing so long we never even were able to use it this year same problem as last. Said it was a spark plug charged is almost 60 dollars the blower still doesnt work my husband calls and the guy gives him a 1800 number to call that goes to a line that hangs up... these people know nothing about how to fix things and are lazy and just want to make easy money doing nothing! My husband figured out the problem himself.... do yourself a favor dont buy equipment from here and also if you have something that needs service watch a YouTube video and figure it out yourself for a fraction of the price 😁 Tractor supply...

I’ve had several negative experiences renting from this company and will no longer be doing business with them.

1. They charged me for a full day’s rental despite me using the equipment for less than half the day. They charged an unreasonable fee for returning a machine "dirty," even though they never mentioned it needed to be cleaned, and the machine wasn’t even dirty to begin with.
2. Additionally, we brought a mower in for a belt issue. They replaced the belt, but it tore within 5 minutes of use. When we returned, they replaced it again and claimed, "It must be something your wife is doing, because there’s nothing wrong with the machine." Unfortunately, the second belt also tore within 5 minutes of use. I’m done renting from them due to these...
