Rejuvenation is among the worst retailers that I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd had Living Spaces right up there, but Rejuvenation is beating them. I ordered three pieces of furniture, two of which was done in person at a local store. 4 months later, I still don't have any of the three items.
At the time of purchase, I was told that delivery would be 13-19 weeks. I'm in the industry on the commercial side, so this kind of timeline isn't news to me when things aren't a stock item. I'm still within that window, but as soon as we hit 13 weeks, I hadn't heard anything and began to call them directly for updates. None were to be given and the agents were less than helpful. All they could say was that the order was "processing".
Finally, last week (week 16) an agent said that it was scheduled for delivery at the local warehouse on July 3 and someone would contact me to set up delivery. Finally, an answer! When that call never showed, and I realized that it was the holiday weekend, I decided to check back in today. A new agent has now told me that it will take 6 weeks for me to receive it because white glove deliveries take longer, which is a total racket in my opinion. So, I'll be past the original window by weeks and had to find that out myself.
The ottoman that I ordered had an anticipated delivery window of 22-24 weeks. FOR AN OTTOMAN. This timing changed and nothing was said to me; I had to call in and ask to find out that it would be upwards of 6 months. FOR AN OTTOMAN.
The only thing that will save Rejuvenation in my mind is if my items actually arrive in excellent condition and live up to my expectations of nice furniture. Who knows when I'll be able to make that assessment, since they appear to change timelines on customers constantly, as read in many other reviews that I wish I'd read before...

I ordered a pull down faucet, hot and cold water dispenser and air gap, all of which was done in person at the store in Berkeley. We were quoted with a timeframe of 14-16 weeks. We received a notification that our order shipped in December but there was no tracking number and we were told it would arrive by the end of December.
When it didn't arrive as scheduled, I began to call them directly for updates. None were to be given and the agents were less than helpful. All they could say was that the order was "processing" and that is since it's supplied by a third party vendor (WaterMark) they could not provide any other updates and could only email watermark. I went in to the store and Berkeley and they were annoyed we asked them after we had already spoken to customer service. I had to call for updates every 2 weeks only to be told it will arrive any day now.
Finally, this week (week 24!) an agent said that it is now scheduled to ship on April 8th (the 32 week mark!!).

Read moreBeautiful products. Beautiful store. However, I’d suggest you shop online or the catalog instead. We arrived at the Berkeley store at 5:30, just as an employee was closing the doors. Despite the hours on the door stating closing was at 6pm. We entered and were greeted by no one, but rather glared at by a young woman (a perfect counterpart to the rude male employee). She rudely glared at all further customers (with arms crossed and legs crossed) that entered and greeted no one. As if all customers that entered we’re an inconvenience. The male employee then rudely stated that the bathrooms were “closed” as a man entered to use the restrooms. He knocked on the door and again sternly told the man “sir, this bathroom is closed”. This male employee then proceeded to tell the young woman employee at 5:45pm, stand by the door and don’t let anyone else in. We exited as we understood that they wanted everyone out. They then locked the doors at 5:45pm. We watched as over a dozen other customers approached the door and tried to enter, confused as the store should not have closed until 6pm.
