Dvd N Game Exchange — Local services in Berlin

I bought 3 games from here and 2 did not work at all. It's clear that they don't test anything before selling. They don't do returns so I had to drive all the way back from out of state to exchange for in store credit for 2 more games that I didn't even want. Waste of my time and money. The worst part was the abysmal customer service. One of the games I decided to exchange for pushed the total price up $2 more than I initially paid, but they were not forgiving at all for my troubles and charged me the extra $2. Like how cheap are you guys? I also inquired about replacing the beat up cases for some the cleaner broken game cases I exchanged or getting to keep the cases for the broken games for my trouble, because that way I could at least get something out of this terrible experience and later buy a working disc loose on eBay and have the case to put it in. None of this was acceptable, probably because they want to try to sell these broken games to some other poor sap. All in all, I cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid this store. The flea market as a whole is ratchet too, so don't bother coming here. Columbus...

You would have to be an idiot to shop here. Their prices are insane and they sell bootleg stuff marketed as “Japanese import” then try to charge top dollar for it. Sorry, Pokémon Orange...
