Kohl's — Local services in Berlin

An employee Crystal had told me about friends and family event coming up, I told her I would be back. So I went shopping the days she told me to come back. I made many purchases to my surprise nothing was discounted for this friends and family event. I went home and added everything I purchased in to an online shopping cart. $66 dollars I would save if I ordered online?? Yet the sale online said in stores or online. I should of just double bought everything and return it with my nondiscounted slip to get my money back??? This is why locations are closing, why shop in person when they don't even have the correct sizes and do a bait and switch to their customers for not knowing a secret password or handshake to benefit from an event they originally had told me about. If I was suppose to have a coupon why was that not mentioned, when I worked retail and there was an event we didn't play games with out customers, a coupon was at every register to use for our customers. Not impressed and greatly disappointed by...

I was in the new Kohl's store located in Berlin, Vermont tonight, shopping for men's dress pants on my way home from work. I've managed retail stores for 33 years, and I know what it's like to be under staffed.

I can only expect that was the case here, because on more fixtures that not, there were mixed piles of on unfolded pants literally everywhere. Dockers, Haggar and Croft & Barrows all mixed together. It was reminiscent of the aftermath of Black Friday, except this was a Wednesday on February 1st, with only 2 other shoppers in the department and 1 employee doing markdowns, who admitted to me they were behind with applying the markdowns.

I like Kohl's. I bought a sport coat in the West Lebanon store last week. I really wanted to get some pants, but you can imagine by looking at the attachments, I couldn't bring myself to hunt, or didn't have the energy or motivation to work toward hoping to fine anything in my size.

I adore this Kohls. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I shop here at least once/twice a month. Kohls has the best brands in clothing, shoes, cosmetics, perfume, jewelry, children clothing, etc... I only buy clothes from this Kohls because I love what they have for a selection and I always, actually every time I buy anything from here I save so much money. It's so nice to have a department store in our area. Also they are always having some really great sale/promo going on. Example I love the kolhs cash, you get money for spending money. They also have the Yes 2 u rewards which is based on a point system. When you acquire so many points you get $5 or more depending on point level off your purchase. I definitely recommend everyone who likes shopping and saving on quality items to shop here. Thanks Kohls...
