UR Gadget Doctors — Local services in Berlin

I went to this place hoping that they could replace my tablet screen after a different place told me that they couldn't get the part to replace my screen. The other place was asking $150 and would've taken 3 days to replace my screen. I try UR Gadget Doctors, and it was incredible. This place was asking about a 33% cheaper price compared to the other place, and this place was gonna have the job done in roughly an hour. This place also doesn't have a problem with getting parts for devices. The owner told me that he has been in business for about 20 years, and based on how good of a job they did on replacing my tablet screen and how good the customer service was, it doesn't seem like they are lying when they say that they have been in business for about 20 years. This place is not like any other device repair shop, this place is its own little business in a small indoor shopping mall in Berlin, NJ. This place is great. I brought my laptop in because the screen kept flashing white. After about a month or so, I picked up my laptop. I came home to find that the touch pad had no response whatsoever, so I send it back in to be repaired. Then, when I get it back, the back-lit keyboard no longer works. Finally I send it in AGAIN and that problem is fixed. However, I noticed since part of my screen was replaced, it made a cracking noise when I closed the laptop. I thought it was just making that noise because it was a new part, and of course I would never think of bringing it back again since you ALWAYS seemed to mess something else up. Well now the back of the screen of my laptop is CRACKING and is making an extremely loud noise when I try to close the screen. It appears that the entire back part is coming off of my laptop. Which I know, was the fault of this "company" because I am extremely cautious when I handle my laptop, and it was the part that you guys replaced. I am extremely unhappy and now I need to pay more money to get it fixed all because you cannot properly inspect hardware before returning it to...
