Not a very good experience with them.
I was looking for landscape design services (patio, fencing and general landscapers) and the first thing they asked me over the phone was what my budget was. I told them I have no experience with landscape design so how was I supposed to know what my budget was.
They asked me to send pictures of the property, which I did, and then I proceeded to stop by the shop to see if they could help and they said they would call me in a couple of days.
When I didn't hear from them I called back and they basically said they would be too expensive for me without even: 1) giving me options for what products to use; or 2) coming out to the house to see what I wanted done.
I'm sure the products are great and it was a beautiful shop but the attitude was too pretentious for me. Get over yourselves please and learn to be more flexible...
