The food is great however customer service is atrocious. Pre covid they were very aggressive with beverages and always emptied them into your cup without asking just to get you to order more which became a nuisance. Post covid is another story. We decided to order take out but the woman answering the phone was not only extremely rude and curt but gave us a totally different wait time at the outset of the call from what she quoted after our order was placed. She also claimed that the order couldn't be cancelled a minute after placing it. On top of that she added additional items to our order which were never requested. I tried to get her attention when I went to pick up the order but she shooed me away as she was yelling at another customer...

Place looks great and the service was good. The interior is beautiful and the front doors make you feel like you're walking into something special.

I paid $31 for a Philadelphia roll and large beef fried rice. The roll was about par but the beef fried rice was borderline pathetic. It was prob about 85% rice with very few vegetables and a disrespectfully meager amount of beef. I ordered a large and there was honestly only about 2 or 3oz of beef in the entire dish. Nothing more disappointing than feeling ripped off but lesson learned.

I've had local friends steer me away from this place in the past but I tried tonight out of sheer convenience. Never again. I'd suggest going the extra couple minutes to Yoshi Sushi in...

While the sushi is good, we are frequent customers, the owner is rude when taking orders on the phone and very unhelpful. I left a cc there the night before inside the black billfold and when I called she insisted the card was not there and said I should just cancel the card. When I arrived shortly after I asked our waitress from the evening prior to please check the billfolds and sure enough it was sitting inside the top one. The owner never bothered to look or assist me, then tried to lie about it claiming she had looked. I dine there or takeout several times per month. Her rudeness and unhelpfulness is the last straw. I'll never dine in or order from there again. Plenty of good sushi in the area. No need to go...
