UPDATE: Our daughter asked to go here for her birthday, so we caved, even knowing how pricey it is (see original review below). This place was important to her as a kid. We just left there and I was thoroughly unprepared for what happened. Knowing how expensive it was, my husband and I opted not to get any, so just our two daughters got frozen yogurt. For two large cups, with toppings (and not an overabundance of toppings either), it totalled $35.99. FOR. TWO. PEOPLE. I literally stopped breathing when she said the total. In addition, the employee didn't greet us (there were only two other customers seated eating), didn't smile at us, wasn't friendly, and kept a very close watch on our girls as they used the scoops for toppings (they're both older so messes shouldn't have been a concern). The flowers in the vases across the counter were all dead. The floor in front of the yogurt dispenser were dirty. We didn't even heed our own warning here, so we feel foolish. We're not wealthy, but we're not struggling either. I'm not sure who in their right mind would think this cost was reasonable, especially for mediocre yogurt and unfriendly service. We miss the Mr. Leo our girls came to know as kids, but this is a forever goodbye. Beyond disappointing.
We used to come here for years, but stopped. The owner is exceptionally nice and the froyo is delicious, but we're just priced out now. Prices slowly began creeping up and got to the point where we can't afford it. It's just shy of $10 now for a regular size cup of froyo, their smallest. Minimum forty dollars for ice cream for a family of four isn't reasonable. I do understand that inflation has raised prices across the board, but this place caters to a more affluent clientele...
Read moreUsed to Love It—Not Anymore Our family used to enjoy Frozen Falls, but we won’t be back. My 13 year old autistic son accidentally chose the wrong flavor, and we were told we had to pay for it anyway—no flexibility or understanding. None. I was told to take the coffee flavored one home. No thanks. We don’t want it. The two flavors were directly next to each other, caramel coffee and caramel salted pretzel. Easy mistake. On a past visit, he was reprimanded for tasting a SINGLE popping boba from his froyo while in line. The staff are overly strict, and the atmosphere feels more stressful than fun. The staff watches your every move. Even my 8-year-old felt uncomfortable adding toppings. Disappointing service for a place that should be family-friendly. Not inclusive, felt judged. Frozen Fails!
Editing to add a response to my review. Snarky and mean. My son ate one popping boba. I promise you are thinking of someone else. I did not write this review while peering at you waiting for my husband and son to meet us after baseball. I wrote it after i got home. Crazy response. Thanks for the laughs. Again. You lost a customer and i will be letting my friends...
Read moreThe frozen yogurt here is delicious and there are many flavor options as well as topping options. I’m knocking down stars because my initial visit was amazing with 3 ladies who were so kind and welcoming. One older woman and 2 younger girls were present who engaged in offering samples and were extremely kind and hospitable. I came back and one girl with dark hair, darker complexion, and black glasses wearing all black was soooooooo RUDE. She wasn’t even in the front when we entered the restaurant. She barely spoke when we were checking out and after handing us the bag, couldn’t even say thank you for stopping by or have a nice day. Owners should quickly get rid of these...
