I will NEVER let them rude,unprofessional, and lazy folks in my head again! I went in to show the owner exactly what I wanted and she told me it would be $80 which didn't sound right so I told her I had $70 and a pack of hair and she said "Ok that's fine this time". The lady at the first chair who "braided" my hair looked at the picture and said they charge $100 for what I wanted! All I want was medium sized braids braided up in a ponytail, but the owner told her what she priced me. However, I told them I would try to get $80 because that is what the owner told me. After the lady finished my hair I saw that she barley used any weave but braided MY HAIR to the scalp instead. I'm 26weeks pregnant and at the time I wasn't feeling good and I had my niece with me so I didn't say anything at the time but I went today to see if someone can do redo it correctly and the owner told me no and the lady that did my hair was in New York!! She then goes to tell me the reason she didn't use a lot of hair is because the hair style I wanted was $120 😒 at first it was $80 then $100 now $120. They're obviously just coming up with prices!! They DO NOT know how to do hair! They just need to shut it down!!! I got my hair did Saturday and it looks like I had it up for two weeks! I even showed a client the picture and she said my hair didn't look anything like the picture because they didn't add enough hair! I'm 23 and look like I'm 13 with this hair style. This so called business will never get my money...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY.... I went wanting box braids and the lady took an hr to start... after starting she left 2 times to go get her daughters and then take one to cheerleading practice. Other customers were calling stating they wanted goddess braids. The braider stopped 3 different times to do others hair. WHY DID I PAY? THE QUALITY OF MY BOX BRAIDS WAS HORRIBLE AND THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR USED WAS BAD AS WELL... I REALLY WANT TO CALL THE BOARD AS WELL BC THE PLACE WAS NOT UP TO PAR...DO NOT GO...DO NOT GO....DO NOT GO...DO NOT GO....DO NOT GO....DO NOT GO.... TRYING TO SAVE YOU...

Mary did my braids. Small knotless. I’m from NYC, so I’m use to getting my hair braided and have encountered several braiders in Alabama, but Mary was AWESOME!!!

Told her starting out that I don’t like my hair braided tightly and that my hair breaks easily. She understood the assignment! Very friendly, fast and accommodating.
