So i just drove 5 hours for nothing. Thanks hales. I waz prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on firewprkz for my kids. Now not only have I wasted my short bit of time away from work. Read moreIn the 15+ years I've shopped in Eagleville area for fireworks, I've actually never been to Hale's. 2018 was the first time we gave them a try, and I know I haven't been missing much.
Relative to other stores, it's pretty ghetto. It's weird that it's a liquor and tobacco store. You kinda feel like you're in some run down back alley dealer.
Poorly lit, low ceilings, no other shoppers, overall just not pleasant. I'm not sure, but I think their prices are a tad lower than other places, but I'd still rather have the better shopping experience than to save a few bucks.

Read moreWow, great experience. Awesome stop off the interstate if you need a little break. I popped into Love's for some gas, Subway for a sandwich, and then over here for some fireworks and fun. Being from Nevada, I get some kick out of the explosive freedom available to Missouri residents. Heather was a kind soul who unfortunately head to deal with some credit card processor issues, and I could tell she was very attentive and concerned about the glitch which, as a business owner, I certainly understand can be costly.
