Subway — Restaurant in Eagleville

We were on a trip, stopped at this gas station and decided to grab sandwiches. Except we didn’t get any sandwiches. When we went in there was three employees behind the counter yet nobody was doing any work and instead were standing around talking to the customer in front of us about how “I’m just here to disappoint people” because they were out of all of their bread except for wheat and white. They also continued to talk and say that they had been there since 7 AM. Understandable why you might be tired, however, why are there three employees when not a single person is working. You have a line of people to serve and you are connected to a gas station right off of the highway where most people are there to stop and get back on the road. Absolutely horrible experience! Two employees of subway, the male, neck was one giant hicky.. nasty appearance, highly unprofessional! The young lady was doing her best! Props to her! 9 of us in line, so they had a 2 Love's employees helping and yet it still took forever! Couldn't order certain sandwiches due to table not being stocked. Definitely not clean. I ordered 2 meatball sandwiches, mistake.... they were cold as ice, because for some reason, they were not kept warm like ALL other locations. Absolutely nothing positive about this visit except the young girl trying her beat. The other 3... only compliments are they at least washed...

They served me a raspberry cheesecake cookie with mold on it. I didn't realize until about halfway through. My fiancee spent the entire night in bed with an upset stomach either from the mold or from an additional bonus case of food poisoning.

Those cookies are meant to be baked fresh daily, and I hate to imagine how long they must have been sitting there in order to have grown mold. To me, this means that every day for at least a week, someone looked at those cookies and thought, "Baking more cookies seems like a lot of work. I'm sure nobody will notice that these aren't fresh."
