Waited to do this review a while! As good things always come to an end unfortunately! Most of there staff is awesome on the female side but there is a few I would personally just rather not have to deal with I find myself hoping I get other budtenders cause Iād rather not deal with the unhelpful ones! And the attitudes that come with them, The last 2 trips Iāve made here I was told by my bud tenders I am not allowed to use a coupon I have they sent me to my email! When I try and question it I just get attitude and get told maybe next time! Next time would be ok if I wasnāt spending 1000$ every time I go here! I want my discount period I donāt want to have to fight for it ! Last two trips have been a mess as well I was missing items from my order both times that I reserved online! And ended up getting stuck with purchasing stuff I wasnāt really interested in I plan my trips down to get the strains I want to help me and itās pretty disappointing showing up being told you can just switch it out with another! This most recent trip they said my online order just disappeared???? So I had to rework my order in store completely taking me another hour then I order in store and one of the ounces I got is completely gone making me have to reorder again!! I had never been here before and he kind of expected me to know the rules. I had a TANK brand cart that was busted so had to go back (after getting 20 mins off the road to our hotel and wait in line again) and he told me "I got what I paid for" with a shrug when these carts are 45$ vs the typical 80$ for a g. I get maybe I should know that brand being less expensive is "cheap." Just seemed pointed, because from the get go I had two orders and he seemed mad about it, then when I come back with the broken cart to confirm it's broken he ushers me out of the store with no kindness saying no live product in the store. I'm from a non-legal state, be informative but kind and it won't happen next time. Maybe there's a sign for it I didn't look but just felt uncomfortable. It was still showing the discounts from a previous special so I called and Ira answered. When I asked about the pricing on my cart he was fairly sure that the price i saw would be accurate to what I paid and I came right down. I was greeted by Dynelle in the entry way and let in where I got to meet Ira in person along with team members Ashley, Madison, Justin, Tom, Kayla, Dawn, James, Austin, Scotty, and Jesse. I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner as I always am when I visit. When my order came up Dawn was the team member that got to take care of ringing me up. Unfortunately I was unable to get the discount price I was quoted online however as it was based off a previous special that was no longer offered it was completely understandable. I have been visiting this location at least once every 2 months if not more often since they opened. The staff here are all knowledgeable and willing to assist with any and all questions my only regret is not being able to provide the names of every single worker that works here as I know I have interacted with them all at least once.
