Nifty Thrifty — Local services in Bethany

I normally love going here, but today I got there, along with other people, at 4:39. They close at 5. As I walked in the door the lady working says we are closing in 10 mins. We want to get our weekend started. Then at 4:50 she turned out the lights on everyone who was still shopping. The hours of operation are until 5. I even checked the Facebook page to make sure they didn't close early, and it only showed they would close this Saturday at 3. I think this was very rude of the staff to treat their paying customers this way. The customers weren't making her stay past 5 and because of this behavior everyone was gone by 4:55. I have worked in customer service and we always took customers even if they walked in the door at 4:59. That's just how it is. But this may make me to rethink coming in there anymore if this is how customers...

Great prices. RUDE STAFF. Why for starters you have down syndrome worker that made a slight noise while folding and an older lady ran over to her shaking her finger. She rudely yelled at the girl, what did I say you be quite you hear me you be quite. The girl said sorry. The old said I dont want to hear it ( she didnt want to hear the girl speak at all to be mute!!) and said i'll will tell Becky. The girl attempted to apologize again an the old lady smacked her hand down on counter and said you heard me no noise. My husband and I were so appaled by the old lady's Behavior that we put all of Our stuff on a shelf and walked out of the store. YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY BEING OLD DOESNT EXCUSE THIS BEHAVIOR...

Mainly clothes and Dollar Store items. At least they had a seasonal section with correct items.

Signs all over say “MASK REQUIRED!” However, lady at register (appeared to be owner/manager) didn’t have a mask on or around. Other employee had it below chin. So why require customer...
