Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Bethany

So disappointed! I loved this Sonic and now it just makes me bummed out and irritated. We moved here in April and the only great place to eat was Sonic. We were going to this one a couple times a week. We love the Oreo/cookie dough blast and the Strawberry Cheesecake blast. We looked forward to it. The end of last week we pull up and start ordering dinner... Get to the Blasts and the snotty punk blurts out "We don't have ice cream!" Okay, maybe something is broken. He didn't offer a reason or sorry we're out or something. Instead we get the attitude of 'why on earth would you come here for ice cream?' The rest of the dinner was subpar like we'd got what was left sitting out; we were s burden. Now I was going to let it go and assume it was a bad night. Last night I was excited to go here for dinner and ice cream. We started with ordering our ice cream and Geezzz. No ice cream and no reason, like this place doesn't/never did have ice cream, we were imagining it. We left and ordered nothing. Here's an idea 💡💡💡 when you don't have ice cream, Shakes, Blasts or ? Put a sign on the drive thru ordering menu stating that. Cover up all menu items dealing with ice cream. Simple solution. Then we can go to Dairy Queen instead and skip...

Well this used to be the fastest and best place to eat in town. Well the last few times I have been there it has seemed they have gone down hill. So today I go and order my food. I waited for atleast 15 minutes which is understandable when they are busy but it was only me and one other car. Then I get my food thinking hey it's all going to be fresh and hot. Well that wasnt the case either. Then my burger was ordered without lettuce and tomato. Well guess what it had on it. Lettuce and tomato. It's right there on the receipt that's stickered to my sack. Then when I activate the red button they tried ringing me up for another one even though I told them my number 3 was made wrong. Then to top it all off the new sandwich they bring me out wasnt even hot and had a really bad burnt taste to it. I'm not sure what's going on but this used to be the best place to eat fast food in town for several years. I really hope they get this figured out before since there are only a few places to eat...

This is exactly why I do not go to sonic in Bethany. I was moving my ice cream around to try and mix in the oreos on top since a oreo blast is now just vanilla ice cream in a cup with a few oreo pieces on top.... and once you get past the large clump of vanilla ice cream right on top its just a hole down entire center of cup...This is ridiculous for over $5.00 for a medium.!!!! I was already out of town driving home by the time I realized this. I was hesitant to go there after Dairy Queen's chocolate machine was down today but being so hot I went against my better judgement, as this is why I started going to DQ... sonic in Bethany leaves a lot to be desired.
