Clean, bright, open sections, easy to shop with ample signage. It seemed well designed. Quality customer service is truly lacking. Every time I would go there to pick up an order there was an issue. 3rd time being the charm: I stopped going there. They just couldn't seem to get it together and nobody seemed eager or willing to try. Id wait around after pressing the "assistance" button for what seemed like forever. I'd wait a substantial time (because my time isn't valuable) and then pres again.. and again. The atmosphere of customer engagement was more of a "get over it" and "status quo" service mentality; A "dont ask or expect too much of me" mentality. Even after trying to help the manager do service recovery when I called to bring issues to someone's attention; it was painfully disappointing and much clearer as to why things were the way they were.
